Please join us Tuesday, March 8,2011 for gourmet dinner at Schenectady County Community College culinary school followed by Broadway's award winning best musical, Lion King. Seating will be on the Main Floor-Orchestra. Not all details have been worked out as of this date. Plans will be finalized after school starts in September. Here are the details to date: Park in the main parking lot. Dinner served at 5:30 with a 7:00 departure for Proctor's in time for the 8:00 curtain call. Total cost: $80.00.
Dinner Menu: includes soup, salad, dessert and your choice of broiled salmon with crabmeat and asparagus finished with white sauce, sugar snap peas, parsley potatoes OR grilled bourbon chicken breast(a boneless breast of chicken glazed with bourbon sauce, spinach soufflé, sweet potatoes and corn bread.) Vegetarian choice of vegetarian crepes (seasonal vegetables enrobed in French style tomato coulis) accompanied by vegetable and potato du jour.
Those who already have tickets for that evening's performance can still join us for dinner at a cost of $20.00 per person. There is no option for going to the theater only.
